Two tricks for you Judy...
Almost all digitals can be screwed to a tripod, and that will solve the time
delay problem when in museums. I had the same problem until my 10 year old
nephew told me that I was a dummy and pointed it out. I think he was 6 at
the time. Another solution that I'm not sure works on the Nikon, but you
can try it , is that if you push the button half-way-down on most good
cameras, the image you want will lock in place. This is handy when a tripod
isn't possible. Oh.. and I goof on the auto flash too.
