Subject:
text for sandblasting
Anyone out there have experience with formatting a Macintosh Illustrator 8
file so that it can be read by Autocad? I've put together a text layout for
a large stone stone bench that a customer would like sandblasted. However,
the monument company I'm working with cannot read any format I've sent. They
have no concept of proper letter spacing and I hesitate to let them 'wing'
this one.
Any advice would be helpful and feel free to email me off-list with
suggestions so as to keep the list open for more hand-to-stone Q&A.
Thanks,
GABE
