Nylon pins
Hi All,
How do y'all feel about using nylon pins and epoxy instead of rebar, steel
rods etc. to set stones, and statues?
FYI. We recently had a small tornado, they think, go through my beloved
cemetery here in Lincoln. Probably 20 trees came down and knocked a bunch
of stones off their bases. One or two were broken too, I guess, but it was
not as bad, in my estimation, as it might have been. I sure see why they
like granite in cemeteries...I saw whole trees resting serenely atop a
couple of headstones, which, when removed, hadn't left a scratch.
