Cool fresh start (personal intro)

Gestalt theory and practice is
a great map for the art road -
based on
our five (maybe six!) modes of
perception and the flow of
foreground /
background in the creation of
images.

I don't know if this proper material for the list or
rather for a private communication.  This morning I feel
that I shall go ahead and shoot my personal response out
there across the exciting arena of the list.

Oscar I'm very interested in the composition of the
"world" of glances feelings and meanings.  The tissue of
sensation.  Excitements, the feeling of being "on the
verge".  The public intersersonal "meetings" of the mind
that effloresce in the solitude of work.  Any activity
really.  Feelings of meetings of minds.  Also daytime
dreaming.  The pale screen on which future possible works
inhabit in momentary projections of the mind.  When all of
a sudden one sees what one might want to do, oftern
something that is a collage of what one has seen recently
and something that one is working on at present.
Inhabiting new "aesthetics".  Walking in ones on form on
another's path.  One has a feeling of entering the public
for often the work that inspires you is that of a public
nature for that is how one access it; through the media.
The visions break like soap bubbles but what a confusing
thrill.  The fantasy life of the mind can be very lively
as one works alone.  Placing one self in the world, sort
of a foreground / background thing perhaps.  Then one must
always work within one's own habits of method and
material, but seeds are sown perhaps to grow later.

If this is anything like Gestalt theory (I'm afraid I
haven't done my homework), what an interesting life study.
