utah translucent calcite
I just got two samples of this Utah Translucent Calcite. I was wondering if anyone has carved it. I have seen some carved pieces that were not that impressive. The stone is very crystalline in structure and looks fragile. I have heard that you polish it with muriatic acid. Any help would be appreciated.
