Gold size and paint mixture
Can anyone recommend the correct proportions of gold size and yellow paint used
to back and adhere gold leaf? I've been using 1 part gold size to 10 parts
yellow enamel paint but the mixture seems to dry rubbery, releasing its grip on
the gold leaf.
