water gilding
Hi all,
While we are on the subject of gold leafing, what are the pros and cons of
using gold leaf on an outdoor application?
I've seen monument letters that looked pretty bad after a few years of
exposure to Buffalo winters. Of course I don't look so good either. Is there
different methods for in or outdoor gold leafing? Or does one just have to
plan on a maintenance and repair program?
