Granite City Tool has a diamond grinding disk that could be mounted on drill:

The Zek disks mentioned in the description are 'infamous' because they
tend to fly off during grinding, becoming flesh-seeking missiles.
If you can raise the money sometime, get a 9" angle grinder and fit a
carborundum cupstone to it:

More grunt means easier working. I choose a grinder by selecting the one
with maximum wattage and the most comfortable balance in my hands.
