Hi Simon,

Your blue writing was an invalid url. The local musuem's
sight didn't have the carving, but perhaps there are a
series of them. I can't imagine seeing these tiny skin
folds on the Internet.
I notice that you are not venturing into the technique.
Perhaps it is a characteristic of the finely grained
Cararra white for it to not be necessary to go in deeply
to clean up once you have smashed a crystal, whereas in a
more coarse grain the white goes deeper.
