Hi Dan,
Usually, I just spray inside my chisel box with WD40 and
wrap the chisels in an oily rag.
I'm investigating an industrial rubberised coating for my pneumatic hammer and
chisels to damp the vibration, although I'm a bit concerned that it
might be too bulky.
Plasti Dip looks like a good alternative product:

I haven't yet tried it myself.
