I'm no expert, especially at such a distance and with so few details of your
project. In Australia we use a range of epoxy products 'Megapoxy' made by
Vivacity engineering in Sydney. They have about 150 different Megapoxy products
available from distributors all over the world.

I recommend Megapoxy 69 gel for your application. It can be tinted with iron
oxide compounds or other cement colouring agents. More info here:
