Congratulations, Norman !! Very exciting ! I hope you'll check into having Mennonite or Amish ( whoever is in your area....we have Mennonites here in MO) build your building. Three Mennonite fellows put up my metal, 24 x 30 studio in 2 days and at half the cost quoted by 4 other builders. This included large sliding doors, windows, 6 skylights, people door and 2, 3 x 6 openings with double doors on each plus a 10 x 24 overhang on one side. A very positive experience and totally worry free on my part !
Keep us posted on your progress !
