I think it would be very interesting to hear from someone who is
actually using these machines to do carving. My experience using
computers to do image processing and graphics work on three-dimensional
objects has taught me that it requires a remarkable ability to
visualize the object in your mind. Anyone can do the basics, but to
produce effective and attractive renderings is as large a step as in
any other activity such as painting, photography, etc.
