Re Wet Look.
Sounds like spectrolite, lucky guy! you cant get that anymore... the 3000 grit is a diamond polishing pad I believe granquartz carries hand pads as well. as for your crack the best cure(too late i know) is to clean and fill the suface with glue (polyester resin is what we use) at about 100 grit. then polish. Send some picks when you get them!
