Re Wet Look.
as for your crack the best cure(too late i know) is to clean
and fill the suface with glue (polyester resin is what we use) at about 100
grit. then polish
John, you could also try Supa Glue (Ethyl cyanoacrylate). It dries fast and
clear, and you can scrape off the excess with a razor blade. Don't touch it or
lick it or anything though, you could become a permanent fixture.
