Prayer Stone/ Gravity Restored
Yes Philip, it can be boring at times, specially not having 4 seasons. We
have some weeks during winter when it gets cooler and sometimes even cold,
like in the 30's, but not too often. Winter is very mild and that is nice
when the rest are freezing. I used to live in Chicago and I loved the fresh
snow, but it got tiresome when it lasted for months. I am not used to the
cold anymore and when it is in the low 60's I feel like I am freezing.
Miami has some good things. The hurricane season is bad and scary even when
it doesn't hit us and when it does it is something I don't desire for
anybody. The traffic is a nightmare, always slow, heavy and crazy. The
weather hot and humid can get on our nerves......but then...we have so many
different cultures, so many different languages, such delicious variety of
foods, the ocean close by for those who want to have it.......I guess I am
reminding myself of what to be thankful for, because the truth is I am tired
of being here, hahahahaha.
But I love Cubans and Latinos and those sexy, sassy island people who make
Miami a very special place.
