Hi, is anyone on the list interested in purchasing one or two blocks of
Colorado Yule Marble? One is about two feet by two feet by seven feet, grain
running length. The other is three feet by three feet by three feet. These are
estimates. I can get exact dimensions on Saturday. They are located in Denver,
Colorado and are going for $85.00 a cubic foot.
Colorado Yule is a white marble that has large crystals that sparkle like
snow when sanded to a 350 grit. It can of course take a high polish too, but
it really shows it stuff at the softer finish. Both of these pieces are
lightly streaked with pale gray. They might have a little gold streaking in them
too. You can see some work in Yule at my website www.acunningham.com go to
contact to see "Reading by Moonlight" and tactile art to see "Silent Song" .
