I like it. What if it's not fingers at all? I didn't see
that at all,
on first viewing. And what if it is fingers? The hand of
man buried in
the foundation of a totally artificial construct. The
striving of the
artist to transcend the mere material monument that towers
over it.
If it is not fingers, then what is it saying? Are we being
far too literal?
