Splitting igneous Basalt using wedges and shims.
Thanks to those who contributed information.
I have written points on a sheet of paper and will attempt another rock in
about 6 days time. (I've got to go to work)
More w/s arrived by mail from Micon industries in Canada this afternoon so I
now have 10 w/s to play with.
I'll keep you informed as to my progress.
