Well, I don't know if he is licensed or if he is the only one licensed.
According to what I read, he is making work with nuclear materials.
I don't think the idea of incorporating nuclear material into work
is a good one, though. I understand that the thinks if would work
as a warning marker to the future. I think it would just irradiate them.

Fiestaware. It is a common item and pretty radioactive. Uranium is a
constituent of the glaze. He pulverized the pieces to get the uranium.
