Robin - soapstone
Quoted text begins.Where would one find such stone ? And do I understand it correctly that
soapstone, unlike alabaster, can take the elements ? What about asbestos ?
End of quote.
I got it from Stoneman Distributors in Ontario, but there is a Blackpearl
website. It is said to take the elements extremely well and apparently
blackpearl soapstone has no asbestos (but still is talc which is not great
either).
