Introduction
Hi John,
Thanks for the reply. Home for me is, Las Vegas, NV. Thanks for the tip on
lettering in limestone. I am quite familiar with it from working with it
while I lived in Minnesota and will probably have better results than I had
with the hard sandstone and metaquartzite. The Indiana Limestone would
probably be best to start with. I have worked with that type of stone a
great deal and we all know that familiarity is key.
I don't know if you would call what I am doing a "technique". The fact
is, I don't know what I am doing. I am stabbing away at it almost
completely in the dark and waiting to see how things develop. The book I
ordered is on backorder and won't be here for several weeks. Meantime, any
good advice you may have for me is quite welcome.
