Dream Tools?
Dear Robin,
Mine is not exactly light weight but its on wheels and instead of an 18"
blade its is 6' diamond, slow but very clean smooth cut.
I'm sure it wouldn't be to hard to make one, mines a converted 1930's wood
saw, but I've always thought that you could tinker with a power hack saw and
achieve the same result.
In terms of dream machines I think mine would be something like a robot arm
that could be operated with manual controls some distance from the piece of
work so you see what you were doing in a totality, of course it must be able
to cut, bore, grind beautiful curves.
