Grinders
Dear Norman,
I think you'd go mad trying to work out the terms of reference for your
grinder survey!
I recently bought a new vehicle that was almost invariably described in
motoring reviews as being noisy, very uncomfortable, gas guzzling and almost
uncontrollable at any speed in any circumstance, I had worked it out that it
could do just about everything I had on my list but the reviews frightened
me..... to cut a long story short I tried one out and bought it on the spot.
From my perspective its great.
With the grinders, would the committee have to take the costs caused by a
tool being out of action into consideration?
