Pedestals for sculpture
I am just beginning to sell my work, and so I need something to display it
on. So I need pedestals. I did a brief search in the aboutstone directory,
but didn't see any discussion on the issue. If any of you have plans for
construction of pedestals [I am assuming made out of wood or plywood or
something similar, to be painted into a neutral color], or tips for
construction, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Pedestals bought
commercially seem to be very expensive.
I hope this isn't off-topic, since I'm speaking of the display of sculpture,
if not of the sculpture itself.
Thanks,
Bill Weissinger
