as always, thank you "humble #13" for your insights and contributions -
and my copy of the poem came through with perfect parsing (we must both
be using a mac?) - and a beautiful poem it is!
i always love your style of writing, and thinking, and often get
caught up in your use of words ... now just one question ... my look up
of "demimonde" gave me this:
demimonde
n : a class of woman not considered respectable because of indiscreet
or promiscuous behavior
Source: WordNet ® 2.0, © 2003 Princeton University
soooooo, just exactly what indiscreet or promiscuous woman in you do we
"light the" demimonde in???
forever curious ... edie

The world is so small and so vast, every tight interstice

Thank you all listers who light my demimonde

End of quote.
