Start at your local monumental mason or sign fabrication shop. They will
most likely have computer-driven equipment for making rubberised stencils
to sandblast lettering and designs - they could set up digitised design
files you could use repeatedly or adapt to suit your customers.
Fabricate your lazy susan products to standard sizes, and get the
monument company to either sandblast the design for you, or supply the
stencil for you to sandblast.
