Ali,
You should be able to source this cement from a large hardware or concrete
plant. ccanz may also have useful contact information:

Wikipedia has a bit about ciment fonfu:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glossary_of_sculpting_terms#F
"Ciment fondu is a type of calcium aluminate cement used for constructing
moulds. Typically ciment fondu needs to be used as a composite material
reinforced with fibre glass, building up the mould in series of layers."
Lafarge Aluminates make ciment fondu: http://www.lcainc.com/fondu.html It is
termed 'fondu' because the source materials are completely melted (sintered)
during manufacture.
There is also a Wikipedia page about vermiculite. Are you intent on mixing
vermiculite and ciment fondu to make a lightweight reconstituted stone for
carving? Beware asbestos.
A method is described here: http://www.efildoog-nz.com/hypertufa.htm
