Norman, Bill!

What fun to "hear" you! I can't help wanting to change
the furniture in the "Stone List" room into a coffeeshop
discussion/chat area! If I were technosavy I would set up
such a thing!

The idea fuel provided in these works is potent! It would
be a shame not to burn it brightly in turbines of our
minds! The artists have worked so very hard, all to
provide objects of fancy and wonder...Hail to these
carvers! We, for a moment, can have the illusion that the
world is as we think it to be...

Norman,

#13 is, I believe, a concrete "sleeper"!

What a fun game.

Bill,

There is just no accounting for taste. I have an aversion
to some of the "techno" carving. Anything that looks like
a circuit board. Perhaps it is the stridency of the
metaphor...I am sure it is just me. On the other hand I
am wowed by the articulation of the last carver in the
Artseed group. I included most all of the stone work in
the Uve City site, including much that I did not
really,"get", but was nonetheless interested in. Will
consider at further length. Thanks for your interaction!

No I have no poetry, but did run across one "The Pebble"
by Herbert? I will have to check on that for you...

Before I embaress myself further,

Diletante #13
