Foredom vs. Electronic high torque dental lab tool?
You might want to look into one of the pneumatic "pen type" mini -grinders.
I purchased one years ago and have never used my dremmel or foredom since.
I find the major advantages to be: light weight, extremely maneuverable,
variable speed, no binding in a flex hose, no worry about motor eminence or
dust, very portable. The only downfall is you need access to a compressor.
Most of the sculpture supply stores carry them. You will also find this
much less expensive than the other options you are considering.
