Alabama Marble?
Archie, How much are they asking for those blocks, and who would one
contact about purchasing on or two.???

I just talked to Leroy, the owner of the quarry, and he says the marble
blocks are for sale for $25 a ton. He had various sizes and you should picked
out what you like and he will weigh them. He said just bring your truck and
he will load them. He can be reached at

My recollection of the blocks is that they have 2 inch drill holes about
ever 4 to 6 inches on each side. I am guessing that this means that they were
cut before saws.
