Larvik Symposium
At first I thought 'How wonderful! Mercedes is using new lightweight
materials like granite to make their cars lighter and more fuel efficient, to reduce
pollution, etc.'
Then I thought, maybe not...
Of course, the use of natural materials in vehicles follows an ancient
tradition. You may recall that Fred Flintstone had a car made out of wood, with
stone wheels...
