Toothed "adz" tool for limestone blocks
Seems Egyptians currently involved in restoration projects have an
adz-like tool with a toothed edge (maybe 2-4 teeth/cm) that seems to be
the overwhelming choice to turn a boulder into a block. Any ideas
exactly what this is called, and where in the USA they might be purchased?
I supposed the Egyptian workers, at $6/day wages, anr amongst us
"elite"? I'd never thought myself as skilled as their average...
