grinder wheels
I have several hammer drills from a small hitachi with a 1/2 inch keyed
chuck (lewis??) up to a rather bulky hilti t-15. My favorite is a bosch
"bulldog" with a SDS + chuck. Real easy to change bits (although they are
a little pricy), and it has plenty of power for most of the stone I work
with. Now when it comes to detail , or precision type drilling, the
hammer drills stay put up, and I tend to use a little cordless rig with
tiny bits.
