Vinegar & blue alabaster
If you want more fizz- try some muriatic acid. I have a couple of clients
who love to acid wash the texas creme stone before installation.

Quoted text begins.Well I tried John's vinegar test and there was no fizzing. However,
when I poured the vinegar on some Kansas limstone I got some fizz (not a
lot) with the same result with some white italian marble (maybe
carrara). Frankly I expected more fizz on the later.
End of quote.
