Introduction
Hello all,
I'm Laura, and I'm based in Birmingham in England. I do a bit of stone and
wood carving and a bit of casting in bronze and aluminium. I work mostly in
alabaster on a small scale, but my heart is set on scaling things up a
bit. The best way to describe my work would be abstract and organic.
Over the last couple of days I have already had some advice from some of
you. Its just great to have finally found people to chat to about the ins
and outs of carving. Most of my friends find it a bit odd that a 23 yr
old girl can get excited over a piece of stone, but I'm sure you lot can
empathise.
I look forward to chatting to you all in the future.
