Subject: cup wheel

Greetings carvers, I just bought a diamond cup wheel for my angle
grinder and I'm a bit unsure about how to attach it. It appears to just
screw on the wheel but the flange that came with the grinder will not
fit over the wheel. Do these wheels usually come with a flange? Is it
possible that it just screws on and there isn't a flange? I'll call the
supplier tomorrow, but I'm wondering tonight <g >. This is a four inch
wheel and I'm also not sure how to use it -- do I grind with the edge of
the wheel or the side where the diamonds are, or can I do both?
Finally, GranQuartz is having a sale on Pearl Turbo blades (professional
& premium) and Pearl fusion cup wheels. I want to use the blades/wheels
mainly for working marble and limestone any advice on whether these
blades will work well? BTW they're buy 2 get one free. TIA, g2
