cup wheel
Gary,
In my previous post I was assuming your cup wheel did not have a threaded
arbor. If it does, just screw it on and snug it tight by hand. If your
grinder's thread extends further than the cup wheel's surface, use you
flange as a backing plate to keep the threads unexposed. So first put on
the flange and then hand tighten your cup wheel.
