yule marble
greetings carvers, so today I scored 600 lbs of Colorado yule marble,
beautiful stuff that had been sitting outside in the elements for a bit
but had no discoloration whatsoever. I've got some large chunks and
wondered if I needed to keep it tarped. I've heard that yule becomes
"sugary" if it's exposed for too long. Any comments or comments on
carving this stone -- I'll be using electrical grinders and hand tools.
carvingly yours, g
