Where to find rocks (or in this case wood)
Hey Bob! The Bureau of Land Management and/or the Forest Service issues
dead and down permits in some areas (the permit used to cost $1) In
these parts they have changed the procedure in recent years by actually
cutting the wood and selling it for about 1/4 of what it would cost
commercially for firewood - you might check with your local BLM or
Forest Service office for a great deal on local wood.
