I think it was about " rockfacing" granite slabs. Carefully with a
pitching tool is what I would do, although there is a tool called a beaver
that some of the countertop fabricators use. Trying to pitch the edges on
material that thin is risky, but not impossible, and granite does respond
to pitching rather nicely. I would make sure the stone is completely
supported on a nice carpet cushion, and nibble it from both sides.
