DIY Plans for various stone machines
Hi Russ, I might be able to help with a little insight if you hit a snag. My
recently deceased mentor Emil built everything himself for his quarry
operation. His machinations are still going strong fabricating stone for his
son and at times for my projects. Emil was a very competant machinist and he
also enjoyed blacksmithing. If you would like some pictures of his home made
2' beam saw I would be glad to send you some. Emil taught me alot about
working stone and making do with what we have sensibly. We can all still
learn alot from Emil by taking a look at his handywork building these tools.
