How do you polish a marble

There's a product used in the flooring and countertop industry called
"Restore". It's a mild acid formulated to remove the polish from
marble and make it look a bit more antique and natural. Not sure who
makes it; I used to have a bottle, but I must have finished drinking
it all. A mild muriatic solution might do the same.
