Why I work stone and how others see it...
I have to write an artist statement. Don't know what to say. Can't brag on
Phd's or Master's degrees.
Guess I could wax philosophical. Any ideas?
Speak from the heart. Dispense with the philosophical justification.
There's nothing worse than reading an artist's statement that sounds like it
was ghostwritten from Artweek, full of carefully selected polysyllables and
post-facto rationalization.
