Two glues work well for me. (1) the silicone RTV glue often sold in
tubes as bathtub caulk, and (2) a polyurethane glue sold by Borden and
also by Gorilla Glue. Two part epoxy works OK if quick drying, but is
more brittle when cured, compared to the others.
beware of "brand names" and "unexplained magic"-- there are no "super
glues" and "superglue^(TM)" will not perform out of doors.
