not doing the work yourself
I personally love doing the carving and I don't understand why I would pan
it out to others. The problem solving is the most exciting part of the job,
why would you hand that part out. Ok you could get someone to cut off the
negative space you marked off, or polish after 220 grit. That's it in my
book.
