Don't get discouraged , Norman , you know that any group  has the about
the same dynamics, roughly 12.5 per cent are the
doers/movers/shakers/welcomers.

The rest will fall into rough categories of : doing, but for personal or
self promoting reasons
: doing , but no one else does it as well as they do, in their minds
: doing, but  too modest to think they have anything to share
: thinking of doing
and the biggest--   : thinking of doing, and thinking that everyone else
is doing it wrong

The art of writing letters , or of even responding to letters , or even
thank you notes , gas reached a point where it is almost dead, I think .
Perhaps because we are bombarded  in a saturation campaign of emails ,
advertising, sell sell sell stuff , more and more crafted so that it
seems it is a direct and personalletter or communication JUST For Us. We
develop the habit of discarding , distrusting,  and disjointing any real
contact.

Our history would be a dull place were it based on the exchange of
letters now taking place.

Next generation will write the history of our times using emails we
sent... so careful of those flames.

Don't get discouraged, Norman... keep plugging away , and you will make
a connection sooner or later that will bless you. This Stone group is
head and shoulders above most... most assuredly in the 12.5 percentile
group !
