Angle grinder parts
I recently bought two angle grinders: a small 5" one and a 9" Metabo
W25-230. I bought them through Toolfetch.com.
When I look at the parts list on the product insert it seems there
are some parts missing. Specifically:
-0880 (tube of lubricant)
-0025
-0026
-0042 (pin spanner)
-0047
-0048
-0049
All of these parts, except the tube of lubricant (0880) and the pin
spanner (0042), are inner flanges and clamping nuts to lock either
blades or abrasives onto the drive spindle. It seems to me that at
least one pair of inner flange/lock nut should be included with the
tool.
Are these components normally considered to be part of the tool? If
not, are they more specific to the accessory (blade, disk, wheel) you
use, so in other words do you get them from the accessory dealer? I
don't see them as accessories at either Metabo or a supplier like
Granquartz. I'm going to try the local Metabo dealer today too to
find out what the deal is, but any advice is appreciated.
thanks,
n
