Angle grinder parts

Hi Norman, I don't know anything about toolfetch but I once bought a
"bargin 7" grinder" on ebay and although it came with flanges it did not
come with the "pin wrench" to tighten the blade/disk down on the grinder.
I own three grinders and they all have different wrenches (hasn't the tool
industry heard about industry standards) even though two are the same size
and from the same company. I haven't been able to find a wrench to fit and
the $19.99 grinder has sat idle.  I could hand tighten the blade but just
haven't really tried it and it's not very appealing from a safety point of
view.  The dealer certainly should be able to help you with what "should"
come with the grinder, but sometimes discount mail order outfits sell grey
market tools that may even have parts missing (always ask if the tool is
grey market and if it comes with a manufacturer's warrenty).  In many
cases purchasing from these companies turns out to be "caveat emptor".
Lately I've even had lots of trouble from Gran Quartz and it's taken me
three phone calls to get some inappropriate shipping charges removed from
two different bills.  Now I just go to Amazon and buy my tools from
whatever reputable dealer is listed there -- haven't had a problem yet,
but I do make sure that I'm getting a non-grey market tool that has a
manufacturers warrenty. Well hindsight is always 20/20 <g >.
