Art Ethics
Kent,
I have been working as a art conservator for the last 5 year and have delt with the ethics and laws of reproducing known objects of art. Most pieces of well known art such as those by artist such as Henry Moore, Tony Smith, ect. have laws to protective from being copied. You can reproduce them if you do not try to sale them. Most Artist sometime in their life has copied someone else. There are ways to gain permission to reproduce Artist work, but it is a long and exhausting process.
